Hey!
My name is Itzia and I've been a home baker in Florida for over a decade.
I LOVE good ol’ tasting cookies, but don’t compromise on the taste. Food just has to taste good! But finding amazing cookies with good ingredients that haven't been doused with chemicals--or corn!!--has become a mission.
That's when the "The Crispy Cookie" was born. Corn-free cookies with nutritional info you can understand, ingredients you recognize, and insane flavor profiles.
My mission is for you to eat delicious cookies on the regular instead of being disappointed by what’s out there. Then, I box and ship them to you every month. Simple.
