Mojito Cookies
Brought back by popular demand! Since I don't drink alcohol, I created these to capture those refreshing mojito flavors without the rum. Developing the balance between lime and mint was tricky, but using some of the moves from bartenders made it just right. Each bite is a zesty dance between lime and mint - a party without the hangover, or rum!
